Friends of my husband and I recommended Billy when it came time to start looking for a home. Billy was kind, considerate, and listened to all of our ideal features in a new home. Since this was our first home-buying experience, my desired list and long, and quite frankly, unrealistic (parking, grass, large master bedroom, roof-deck, etc.). Still, Billy sent us a number of homes, each with a number of requested features. My husband and I were easily able to narrow down our list of required features and focus on the items that were realistic to our budget and desired neighborhoods. My husband and I wanted new construction in Philadelphia. Billy constantly sent us listings. He promptly responded to emails, and he showed us homes at times that were convenient to us. My husband and I looked at homes on work lunch breaks, evenings, and on weekends. Billy has always been easy to get in touch with, and he has given us his honest opinion on each home. Billy is someone we can trust, as he has answered all of our questions throughout this process honestly. My husband and I put our first offer in on a home, and it was countered a few times. Billy was quick to draft and submit all paperwork. When my husband and I decided to put in an offer on a different home, Billy was once again quick to submit paperwork. The house recently had a price drop, so Billy was quick to respond between us and the seller. When the seller countered our offer, Billy gave us solid advice on another counter offer, which proved to be successful. Even after the seller accepted our offer, Billy was very involved with inspections, paperwork, required documents needed at closing, etc. Upon a final walk through the weekend before closing, Billy added all requested items that needed to be fixed on a punch list for closing. Billy was able to draft this document to have at closing so the seller could agree to these repairs. Overall, my husband and I had a positive experience with Billy. He was knowledgeable and trustworthy. He was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to any question. Billy was involved in the whole home buying process- from showing a home to closing. My husband and I are beyond pleased with our purchase. I would recommend Billy to anyone looking to purchase a home.
