About Billy

Billy Grewal was born and raised in India where he earned his Engineering Degree from Saint Joseph’s College. After moving to the US, he spent time living and working in major cities such as Miami, Boston, New York, DC and…saving the best for last…Philadelphia! 

Billy has spent 15+ years in the real estate industry representing clients all throughout the Philadelphia area and New Jersey. His work ethic and dedication to his clients is the driver of his success, leading to his recent recognition from Keller Williams Philadelphia as the # 1 Independent Agent in volume and units sold out of over 500 agents. Billy works with several of the city’s top residential developers to acquire, underwrite and provide input during the design phase of new construction inventory all over the city. Billy brings local knowledge and experience in everything from full rehabilitations and new construction to personal homes. He is able to pass this expertise to his client relationships enabling him to provide the best representation of their interests.
